Course Objective

By the end of this workshop, participants will know how to use Microsoft Copilot inside Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete everyday business tasks more efficiently. They can draft emails and documents, summarize threads, analyze data, and create presentations using AI support. Participants will also begin building a personal Copilot prompt library, explore how agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) can extend Copilot’s functionality, and identify opportunities for integrating Copilot into their internal processes. Internet access for connecting to cloud-based Microsoft 365 services
