In this 90-minute introductory session, Excelerate Energy employees across the Americas will build a solid foundation in Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance their daily productivity. Led by AI Solution Architect Marco Cerrato, the course provides a practical overview of how generative AI integrates with core tools like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Participants will explore how to use Copilot for high-impact tasks such as summarizing communication threads, drafting initial reports, and streamlining data analysis using "human-in-the-loop" principles. The session also covers essential prompting techniques and Excelerate Energy’s security standards, ensuring attendees can begin using these AI features effectively and responsibly within their specific roles.
