AI Consultant

We seek a dedicated AI Consultant to join our team on a 12-month contract basis, compensated hourly per project. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions utilizing IBM's watsonx tools—including Orchestrate, Assistant, Discovery, and the watsonx AI platform—as well as other relevant technologies. Collaborating closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable AI applications that effectively address real-world challenges and automate business processes.

• AI Solution Development and Deployment: Leverage IBM's watsonx platform and associated tools to design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions tailored to specific client objectives.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their business processes and challenges, co-creating AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Proof of Concept (POC) Implementation: Develop and deploy POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and refine AI models to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Business Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and complex processes, implementing AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of AI solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest AI and machine learning advancements to inform solution design and implementation.

• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. However, practical experience and a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt are highly valued.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Experience working with APIs, data lakes, and creating data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Javascript, Java, or similar
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
  • Proficiency in data preparation and model-building tools within collaborative environments
• Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in collaborative team environments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

This specialized training, designed exclusively for our program, cannot be substituted with other courses. It provides access to IBM Learning Resources, equipping you with essential tools and knowledge. Business Logix covers the full cost of this training; however, participants will not receive compensation during the training period. Earning the IBM-branded digital credentials through this training is mandatory; failure to complete the training within the allotted time will result in the discontinuation of the pilot program.
