Our methodology · Developed by Business Logix

Learn it. Practice it.
Put it to work.

The T.E.A. Framework™ connects Training, Experimentation, and Adoption—helping companies and community cohorts move from learning to practical business application.

Why the framework matters

Connect what people learn with how work gets done.

Understanding a concept is the starting point. People also need opportunities to practice, review their work, and decide how to apply it in their own business. Business Logix developed T.E.A. to connect those steps in our Custom and Community Workforce Development Programs.

Business-first learning

Start with a real need.

Connect learning to business priorities, workflows, and workforce capabilities. Introduce AI and other tools where they support those needs.

Practice before application

Create room to test and improve.

Use guided exercises and a common business simulation to examine ideas, compare approaches, and learn from mistakes.

Participant ownership

Build capability within the business.

Participants validate their work and retain responsibility for decisions and implementation. The aim is knowledge and practices they can continue using.

The T.E.A. Framework

From understanding to practice to application.

Training

Build knowledge through plain-language instruction, demonstrations, discussion, and practical business examples.

  • Understand the concept and its business purpose.
  • Work through examples and guided exercises.
  • Connect the learning to your goals.

Experimentation

Test methods, tools, and workflows in Disk-O-Tech LLC, our simulated business environment.

  • Practice with a shared business scenario.
  • Review results and improve the approach.
  • Prepare before using your own business information.

Adoption

Adapt selected methods and assets to your organization, with validation, human review, and appropriate controls.

  • Decide what fits your business.
  • Introduce selected practices through controlled implementation.
  • Review progress and continue improving.

How the journey unfolds

Four phases that connect learning and operations.

The framework guides the learning approach. These phases show how a program can move from understanding the starting point toward repeatable application.

01 · Baseline assessment

Understand the starting point.

Identify workflows, friction, and skill gaps. Establish priorities for the learning and application journey.

02 · Train and practice

Build and test capability.

Combine instruction, hands-on exercises, and simulation to develop and review practical skills.

03 · Controlled implementation

Apply selected practices.

Validate work and introduce appropriate workflows or operating procedures in the participant's business.

04 · Ongoing review

Work toward repeatable use.

Review results, refine practices, and build consistency. Sustained adoption develops through continued use and improvement.

The goal: capability that continues beyond the training—supported by practical knowledge, reusable assets, and participant ownership.

Practice in Disk-O-Tech LLC

A simulated company. Real opportunities to learn.

Disk-O-Tech LLC is a fictitious business used as a common practice environment. It gives participants a way to test concepts and workflows before adapting selected approaches to their own organizations.

  • Explore business planning, process documentation, and organizational knowledge.
  • Test AI-assisted work and examine outputs before relying on them.
  • Practice source validation, quality review, and human oversight.
  • Transfer the learning thoughtfully, using authorized business information.

What T.E.A. means for your team.

Does T.E.A. apply to every seminar and workshop?

T.E.A. is the structured methodology for Custom Workforce Development (T2) and Community Workforce Development (T3). Our standalone seminars and workshops (T1) are separate learning offerings. Explore seminars and workshops.

Will Business Logix implement everything for us?

The framework connects education, guided practice, and adoption. Participants retain ownership of their information, validation, decisions, and implementation. Specific support and deliverables depend on the program's agreed scope.

How does the framework support responsible AI use?

Business needs guide the work. Practice and adoption emphasize source validation, confidentiality, authorized information, quality review, and human accountability. AI-assisted drafts require review before business use.

Does completing a program guarantee business results?

The objective is stronger capability and readiness for practical application. Completing an exercise or deliverable does not by itself establish sustained adoption or guarantee a particular business outcome.
