Our Responsible AI Commitment
Business Logix believes artificial intelligence should improve business performance without compromising privacy, confidentiality, security, transparency, human judgment, or trust.
Our approach is business-first. We begin with business goals, operational needs, workforce capabilities, and desired outcomes. AI should support those objectives rather than drive them.
Human Oversight
AI can support research, analysis, drafting, documentation, learning, workflow design, and productivity. It does not replace professional judgment, critical thinking, leadership, or decision-making.
Business Logix applies appropriate human review before materially relying on AI-generated content in client recommendations, assessments, reports, training materials, or deliverables.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Business Logix treats client information with care and respects applicable confidentiality, contractual, privacy, and security obligations. We encourage:
- Data minimization
- Anonymization or de-identification
- Redaction of unnecessary information
- Appropriate access controls
- Processing methods suited to the sensitivity and intended use of the information
Local Models and Private AI Environments
When a client identifies information as confidential, proprietary, regulated, contractually restricted, or otherwise sensitive, Business Logix evaluates the appropriate processing approach with the client. Depending on the engagement, this may include:
- Local AI models
- Self-hosted AI environments
- Private or enterprise AI platforms
- Restricted-access processing environments
- A decision to use non-AI methods
Local processing may reduce disclosure to outside AI providers, but it does not eliminate all privacy or security risk. Device security, access controls, retention, backups, and authorized human handling remain important.
Responsible Use of Client Information
Business Logix does not intentionally use confidential client information or personal data to train publicly available AI models unless the client or individual has expressly authorized that use and the use is lawful.
We seek to use client information only for authorized business purposes and to limit AI inputs to what is reasonably necessary for the approved activity.
Training and Demonstrations
For seminars, workshops, programs, working sessions, and demonstrations, Business Logix encourages sample, synthetic, fictional, anonymous, de-identified, or otherwise authorized data.
Participants should not enter confidential, regulated, proprietary, personal, financial-account, healthcare, or other sensitive information into a demonstration system unless specifically authorized.
Transparency and AI Limitations
AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unexpected results. Material outputs require appropriate review and verification.
When AI plays a material role in client work, Business Logix seeks to provide appropriate transparency consistent with the engagement, confidentiality obligations, and practical use of the deliverable.
Continuous Improvement
Business Logix periodically reviews its AI practices, technologies, security considerations, and governance approach as AI capabilities, risks, and legal requirements evolve.
Our objective is to help organizations use AI practically while protecting information, maintaining trust, and keeping people accountable for important decisions.
